Job Description

1. Review payroll processing including to ensure the accuracy and timely manner of payroll process.

2. Process monthly payments such as: BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, tax payment, etc.

3. Process monthly report such as: salary recon, salary to ledger, WHT report, etc.

4. Leading Compensation & Benefit team and daily operations related to compensation benefits activities.

5. Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure the organization’s practices are in compliance.

6. Monitoring, evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures.

7. Perform reconciliation with Accouting Team in relation with payroll monthly report.

8. Participate in various audits, including meeting with third party auditors, developing strategies, and preparing documentation

Minimum Qualifications

1. Experience at least 3 years as Compensation Benefit Leader or similar role

2. Strong knowledge of payroll taxes (Tax Article 21), labor laws, and other Compensation & Benefit regulations

3. Having certification of Brevet A and B courses would be an advantage

4. Hands on experience with payroll software/application

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel with advanced skill in Data Processing

6. Accurate and precise attention to detail

7. Good analytical and strategic thinking skills

8. Strong interpersonal communication skills

9. Good proficiency in English both oral & written

10. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
