Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Junior Accountant di perusahaan Neoasia (S) Pte Ltd untuk kota/kab Jakarta Barat dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah Akuntansi / Keuangan & Akuntansi Umum / Pembiayaan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Adapun kualifikasi yang kita inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, & Gelar Professional. Yang merupakan ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

This recruitment is for PT NEOASIA AESTHETIC INDONESIA located at Garden Shopping Arcade, Blok Clermont 9 Nomor CH, Kelurahan Tanjung Duren Selatan, Kec. Grogol Petamburan, Jakarta Barat, Jakarta 11470.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs general accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
Prepares monthly balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports.
Maintains the general and subsidiary ledger.
Codes invoices, sets up new accounts, reconciles accounts, and closes the monthly books.
Reconciles bank accounts monthly, verifies deposits, and addresses inquiries from banks.
Reconciles customer accounts and manages accounts receivable collections.
Checks staff expenses claims and prepares payment.
Verifies payment of invoices associated with accounts payable and ensures payments are charged to the appropriate accounts.
Provides outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
Files required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies timely.
As appropriate, coordinates with software vendor to maintain accounting software system; recommends updates to enhance the accounting software.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

Extensive knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting.
Understanding of and ability to adhere to local Indonesian tax laws, especially on withholding tax.
Import and export documentation experience required.
Highly proficient with accounting software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required.
Three to five years of accounting experience required.
