Perusahaan kami merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi GM Sales Marketing (Telecommunication - VSAT) di kantor PT Tangara Mitrakom (EMTEK Group) untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang perusaahan butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang kami inginkan adalah min Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, Magister (S2), & Doktor (S3). Menurut dari ketetapan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:

As the General Manager of Sales and Marketing in the telecommunications industry, with a focus on diverse technologies including VSAT, SD-WAN, M2M, Security Systems, and IoT, you will be responsible for leading and managing all sales and marketing activities across various technology segments. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and strengthen the company’s position in the rapidly evolving telecommunications landscape. You will lead a dynamic team, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and work closely with senior management to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of diverse telecommunications technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans tailored to various technology segments, including VSAT, SD-WAN, M2M, Security Systems, and IoT, among others.
  2. Lead and manage a diverse sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive the achievement of sales targets and marketing objectives.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Conduct regular market analysis and research to identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential areas for business expansion across different technology segments.
  5. Collaborate with product development teams to align product offerings with market demands, customer needs, and technological advancements.
  6. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements, providing strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team.
  7. Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective resource allocation and optimal return on investment across different technology segments.
  8. Oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, advertising, and promotional activities, to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
  9. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports, analyzing key performance metrics and providing actionable insights to the executive leadership team.
  10. Uphold high ethical standards and represent the company’s values and vision in all business interactions and endeavors.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  2. Proven track record of at least 10-12 years in progressively responsible roles within the telecommunications industry, with a strong focus on sales and marketing across diverse technology segments, including VSAT, SD-WAN, M2M, Security Systems, and IoT.
  3. Exceptional leadership and managerial experience, with a demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  4. Extensive knowledge of telecommunications technologies, including a deep understanding of VSAT, SD-WAN, M2M, Security Systems, IoT, and other relevant technologies.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  6. Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion across diverse technology segments.
  7. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and market insights to make informed business decisions and recommendations.
  8. Proficiency in utilizing various sales and marketing tools, software, and analytics platforms to facilitate data-driven decision-making and performance tracking.
  9. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, effectively manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within set timelines.
  10. Strategic thinking, a results-driven mindset, and a strong commitment to achieving organizational goals and objectives while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
