What you’ll be doing day to day:

• You support to promote the better home concept and home furnishing know how within the organization with cross function ways of working.
• You contribute to life at home knowledge and insights and contribute to the creation of the yearly direction and plan across channel.
• You will support Marketing and E-commerce with key home furnishing know how to secure relevant and impactful solutions for digital and external media.
• You will contribute to create additional market specific digital content across channels related to local relevancy and Commercial Calendar.
• You promote the usage of global tools and solutions and when needed make the global solutions locally relevant.
• You are responsible for tailoring and completing inspiring, relevant and affordable interior design solutions through guidelines, trainings and workshops, working closely with store’s Interior Design team.
• You actively support in the development of the country business plan and HF&RD (Home Furnishing & Retail Design) action plan with interior design initiatives that are focused on growing the business and support long term profitability. Cooperate with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and to maximize impact.

We want you to be a person who:

• Experience of working in a customer-oriented (service or retail) industry, preferably home furnishing sector with Interior Design background. Having knowledge of trends that influence home furnishing, retail design and communication with designing skills & process. Ability to visualize ideas in an inspiring and simple way.
• Proven success in leading and managing a team on a customer-oriented service, developing creative processes and interior design solution to drive business opportunity; with at least 3 years experiences in leadership and team management.
• Experience in creating social media and digital content, and result tracking. Have knowledge and passion of social media and digital media trends. Able to lead project that involved different departments with proved success and excellent project management skill.
• Able to develop business plans using knowledge of customer behavior and market relevancy. Able to set and implement action plans, objective, follow and measure performance. Detail oriented and familiarity of dealing with numbers.
• Demonstrate clear communication skills and communicate with impact, i.e. the ability to explain verbally concepts and visual interpretation. Fluent in English, able to communicate confidently and clearly.
