About The Role:

Swiss German University is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance the university’s presence in the market. The Business Development Manager will focus on promoting our study programs, creating strategic partnerships with Bina Edu Sembada Group (BES), and identifying new business opportunities to increase revenue streams. The ideal candidate is a pro active and creative professional with a strong background in business development, sales, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and market trends.
• Analyze competitor offerings and market demands to develop effective strategies.

Business Development

• Develop and implement innovative business development strategies to promote SGU’s study programs to clients by also working closely with the team from Bina Edu Sembada Group.
• Identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to expand the university’s network.
• Foster strong relationships with industry leaders, organizations, and educational institutions to create mutually beneficial collaborations.

Sales and Revenue Generation

• Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting SGU’s study programs to prospective students (individual clients) and Propesctive corporate clients from Bina Edu Sembada Group
• Develop customized proposals and presentations to showcase the value proposition of SGU’s programs.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure business partnerships.

Marketing and Promotion

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns to attract students and business partners.
• Represent SGU at industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance brand visibility.

Strategic Planning

• Work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement long-term business development plans aligned with the university’s goals and objectives.
• Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, prefer ably in the education sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Stronganalyticalskillswiththeabilitytointerpretdataandmarkettrends.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Innovative and proactive mindset, with the ability to identify and action new opportunities.
• Knowledge of the education industry and international market trends is a plus.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
