As an E-commerce Manager in the fashion retail sector, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the online sales and marketing strategies of our fashion brand. You will work to enhance the customer shopping experience, increase online sales, and maximize brand visibility.
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *E-commerce Strategy:* Develop and execute an effective e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and brand growth.
2. *Website Management:* Manage the fashion brand’s e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and fully functional.
3. *Product Catalog:* Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory management on the e-commerce platform.
4. *Digital Marketing:* Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC advertising, and social media advertising to increase brand visibility and attract customers.
5. *SEO and Content:* Optimize website content and product descriptions for search engines to improve organic visibility.
6. *Customer Experience:* Enhance the online shopping experience by ensuring a smooth checkout process, user-friendly navigation, and responsive customer support.
7. *Analytics:* Analyze e-commerce performance data, sales trends, and customer behavior to make data-driven decisions.
8. *Budget Management:* Manage the e-commerce budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
