Kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Trade Marketing Lead (East) di tempat usaha PT Multidaya Teknologi Nusantara untuk kota/kab Bandung atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Sains & Pertanian serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description:

  • Develop trade marketing strategies
  • Conduct market analysis based on eFishery route to market
  • Translating customer research into customer insight to be implemented into channel strategy
  • Integrate trade marketing and marketing plan
  • Ensure channel development management is implemented & evaluated
  • Ensure that the trade marketing budget is used efficiently and effectively in accordance with the budget approved by management
  • Ensure that the use of trade marketing funds is supported by reliable, complete evidence and an approved plan
  • Developing a customer relationship program to build customer loyalty
  • Ensure sales and distribution growth
  • Ensure Project Visibility, Outlet Model, Market Model and Standard Visibility are implemented & evaluated according to the set plan
  • Ensure that evaluations are carried out in accordance with applicable standards in terms of implementation, analysis and reporting

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from economy or management major
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, distribution, promotion, or relevant field
  • Team builder with a good interpersonal and leadership skills 
  • Excellent work with multiple project/ task simultaneously
  • Good Planner & problem solver
  • High attention to detail with high sense of business intuitive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to undertake business trips to all areas requested
