Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Bachelor (S1/Polytechnic
• Min 7 years’ experience in Data Center Facilities Operation
• 4 years manage as Project Manager related ini Data Center Facilities
• 2 years’ experience in Asset Management
• Strong experience of operation processes
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skill
• Driving for result, effective execution, network and alliance building, work independently
• Has a Certified Data Centre Expert (CDCE), Certified Data Centre Facilities Operations Manager (CDFOM) and Mechanical / Electrical Engineering is an advantage

Responsibilities:

• Establish performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
• Generate change management requests & incident management tickets for activities.
• Perform incident handling, including:

–       Propose workaround/resolution to Client team

–       Provide Incident Report

–       Provide RFS (Request for Solution)

–       Manage Incident List (input, update and close)

–       Analyze incident root caused

–       Propose solution to PDG team

–       Doing escalation and update progress

• Work with DC managers and other business leaders to coordinate projects, manage capacity, and optimize plant safety, performance, reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.
• Create, establish, and manage documentation relevant to business & facility operations including technical documentation such as EOP, MOP, IR, RFS, SLD
• Review and manage planned and unplanned maintenance and emergency services on a variety of critical systems in the data center such as: switch gear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems, etc.
• Assist in the design, implementation, commissioning and build out of new facilities.
• Drive & implement projects to increase current facility capacity, efficiency, sustainability & reliability.
• Management of the provision of infrastructure & inventory asset management.
• Participate in regular operational meetings
• Review Work Order compliance & ensure all contractual SLA’s are achieved.
• Interface with Infra Ops Management for day to day operational requirements
• Perform day to day process including:

–  PUE Management

–  Help supervise engineer technical work

–  Review engineer daily checklist

–  Train data center team in technical knowledge as necessary

• Support and review PM from vendor, ensure all PM activities are done according to standard
• Manage the resolution of any infrastructure engineering issues.
• Delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction
