Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi STABLE MANAGER (Equestrian Center - Pusat Berkuda) di kantor PT Sembilan Sejahtera untuk kota/kab Depok serta sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita butuhkan adalah Hotel/Restoran & Hotel/Pariwisata serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Adapun persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional, & Magister (S2). Sesuai dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Our business subsidiaries are currently in need of professional and experienced STABLE MANAGER. 1 (one) position is available for EQUESTRIAN CENTER (Pusat Berkuda).

General Requirements :

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business or Management
  • Max age is 42 years old
  • Strong knowledge in Sales & Marketing, Operation & Human Resources, Financial Controlling & Budgeting, Customer Relations & Service
  • Technology savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and other reporting tools
  • Attention to detail; Have a good analytical thinking, problem solving, communication, management, interpersonal, & leadership skill
  • Creative and Innovative, Active
  • Required languages : Indonesia & English. Mandarin in a plus so are other languages
  • Willing to be placed in Depok
  • Work Days : Tuesday – Sunday (Monday Off)

Specific Requirements :

  • At least 5 years of working experience as General Manager or Operational Manager or relevant role in Hospitality, Sport, Leisure
  • Education or certifications in Equine Science, Sports Management
  • Having experience, knowledge and in depth understanding of Equine Industry (is a plus) or sport club or sport center or sport training center
  • Oversee & manage an entire Equine Operations : Barn, Grounds, & Facilities
  • Professional standard of operating procedures, horse care, safety around members, guests, & horses
  • Direct supervision & function of all Equestrian activities
