We specialize in Property or Industrial All Risk Insurance for a ray of different industries from Manufacturing, Mining, to Commercial Properties.

Our primary offering includes coverage for:

·      Property and pecuniary

·      Liability

·      Professional Indemnity

·      Terrorism

·      Marine ( including but not limited to Marine cargo and hull)

The role as our client service officer is to be working within the team to perform:

·      Preparation of Quotation Slip for insurers

·      Prepare Renewal Notice to client (or Summary client policy).

·      Correspondence with clients and insurers

o We work with large scale clients that would expect fluent correspondence in English and Bahasa in tandem.

o This correspondence include analytical skills and finding out the future needs of the clients for the year to come.

·      Provide insight and comparisons between different quotes provided by Insurance

·      Filing of all necessary paperwork and making of Microsoft Excel weekly reports

What we expect from applicants’ education and experience:

·      Advance knowledge in usage of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred.

. Current Active CIIB Holder

·      3+ Experience in Client Service Insurance / Broker Insurance

·      Fluent in English written and oral

·      Minimum Education Background D3 or above (S1) Preferably from reputable University

·      Formal insurance qualification is also preferred.
