What you’ll be doing day to day:

• To make the buying process as easy as possible for our customers and you resolve customer complaints and deal with it positively and quickly with knowledge, confidence, and desire you have.
• To make a better future shopping experience for everyone by listening to customer feedbacks, offering solutions to frequently asked questions and record information accurately in the relevant systems so that the resulting analysis can be used.
• Help the customer by providing information about the company policy, store layout and facility to answer customer enquiry.
• Actively working together with other store functions to continuously improve the shopping experience for our customers to drive sustained long-term profitability. 

We want you to be a person who:

• Is skilled at hospitality and/or retail background, discipline, and detail-oriented. Has the ability to understand the needs of customers and provide appropriate support.
• Ability to understand the key principles of the shopping experience and customers’ expectations. Computer literate and confident at communicate in the local language(s) and English.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced and future-oriented environment. As you work in a store, you will be working in mixture of days and placed in Sentul City, Bogor.

Together, the Customer Relations team’s aim is to continually identify and remove hindrances in order to secure an easy buying experience, a positive shopping experience and easy payment and after-sales fulfilment.
