The global business for B2B cleaning products in professional channels [Horeca, Office Supply, Janitorial, Healthcare etc.) is estimated at around $30B and is growing steadily. The ready to use market for professionals is estimated at about $8B globally and is a key growing market in Turkey.

Unilever Professional is a dedicated cleaning and hygiene partner for the professional independent operator. Our convenient, RTM portfolio has been designed to meet the needs of restaurants, hotels, care homes, hospitals, offices, schools, manufacturing sites – each with a unique value proposition and clearly differentiated from our retail portfolio. Our products meet the needs of the professional operators we serve.

Job Responsibilities:

• Help build, develop, and lead the UPro “big Chain” operator division.

• Implement a compelling exponential growth plan for UPro “big Chain” B2B operator.

• Develop a growth strategy focused on new “big Chain” operator..

• Identify new “big Chain” B2B operator needs & requirements, develop NPDs to satisfy their needs & requirements, identify new channels’ market potential, approach, and win operators.

• Find & Onboard specific distributors and or strategic trade partners in related regions.

• Demand generation from high potential operators

Does this sound like you? (Candidate Requirements)

• Proven sales track record with at least 5-8 years B2B chemical cleaners category sales experience

• Exceptional B2B chemical cleaners category/industry knowledge with related industry connections.

• Proven managerial skills and experience in leading teams

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build rapport with senior management and operational teams.

• Minimum S1 graduates

• Persistent, strategic, focused, and not easily discouraged.
