Segera dibutuhkan!! lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Business Analyst di perusahaan PT. HTC Global Software Services untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami butuhkan adalah Komputer/Teknologi Informasi & IT-Perangkat Lunak serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun syarat yang PT kami inginkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup lumayan tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Walaupun begitu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Data Analysis: Collect, interpret, and analyze complex data sets related to the general insurance industry, including market trends, customer behavior, and financial performance, to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  2. Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including underwriters, claims specialists, and product managers, to understand business needs, identify gaps, and define comprehensive business requirements for new products and services.
  3. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the insurance operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
  4. Risk Assessment: Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and contribute to the development of risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  5. Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to assess potential threats and opportunities, providing recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge in the general insurance sector.
  6. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective dissemination of information.
  7. Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects related to product development, process enhancement, and system implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  8. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing ongoing support, guidance, and expertise to facilitate effective decision-making and collaboration.

Requirements:

  1. Experience minimum 1 year as Business Analyst
  2. Familiar with CARE system (CGISS/CHISS)
  3. IT Background
  4. General Insurance background (preferred)
  5. Able to communicate with the User and Business Owner
  6. Have handled numerous projects (not only enhancements)
  7. Have been involved in Core System projects
  8. Documentations (BRS/BRD/FSD)
