Create and manage 3D BIM models and construction documentation using BIM software. Responsibilities include collaborating with the design team, ensuring data accuracy, adhering to industry standards, and facilitating interdisciplinary coordination. This role enhances project efficiency and accuracy while promoting effective communication within the project team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop accurate and detailed BIM models.
• Producing construction drawings, technical documentation, and 3D models using Revit software.
• Ensuring BIM models adhere to project specifications and relevant building codes and standards.
• Conducting clash detection and resolution to enhance project coordination and minimize conflicts.
• Staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and BIM best practices.
• Contributing your expertise to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit minimum 3 years
• Comprehensive knowledge of architectural design principles and construction processes.
• Proven experience in developing accurate and detailed BIM models and construction drawings.
• Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
• Creative problem-solving abilities in architectural design and BIM-related tasks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Project management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
