Responsibilities:

1. Customer Communication: Interact with customers to understand their testing and quality requirements, ensuring timely updates and effective communication throughout the production process.
2. Testing and Quality Compliance: Ensure that all testing and quality requirements are met within established timelines, contributing to the overall quality assurance efforts of the company.
3. Testing Coordination: Coordinate and oversee all testing activities, from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
4. Third-Party Testing Collaboration: Engage with third-party testing labs to define testing scopes, obtain quotations, and manage the testing process effectively.
5. Quality Data Analysis: Perform thorough analysis of quality data.
6. Periodic Reporting: Prepare comprehensive periodic reports for management, summarizing quality metrics, testing outcomes, and areas of focus.
7. Ad-Hoc Tasks: Undertake and complete special tasks and projects assigned by top management, contributing to the overall success of the quality assurance function.

Requirements:

1. Quality Management: Profound understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO9001, GMP, and other relevant industry standards.
2. Production Experience: Prior experience in factory production, particularly in areas such as shoes, backpacks, or related industries. Experience in Consumer Products ( Sporting Goods, Cut and sew operations) a plus.
3. Process Control: Demonstrated ability to manage and control the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products, ensuring consistency and quality.
4. Six Sigma: Knowledge or certification in Six Sigma, preferably holding a green belt or higher certification, showcasing a commitment to continuous improvement.
5. Third-Party Collaboration: Proven track record of working collaboratively with third-party testing laboratories to achieve quality goals.
6. Data Analysis: Proficient in using Excel for data analysis.
7. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of quality-related issues.
8. Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers, internal teams, and management.
9. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field.
