Job Description:

PT Arrow Energy Indonesia, a subsidiary of Arrow Energy Co. Ltd in Bangkok, is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our office in Jakarta. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management: Assist in managing the office environment, including organizing office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and overseeing cleanliness.
  2. Data Entry: Accurate data entry and record-keeping to maintain up-to-date information for various departments.
  3. Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the office and external parties, handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
  4. Scheduling: Manage appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the team members.
  5. Documentation: Maintain and organize physical and electronic records, documents, and files.
  6. Support to Management: Provide general administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  7. Meeting Coordination: Assist in arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings, including room reservations and necessary equipment.
  8. Assist in HR: Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as onboarding and offboarding processes.
  9. Ad-hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and assignments as directed by the management team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
