Job Description:

• Prepare and organize correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents/materials.
• Assist Sales Director to maintain and update client information, and conduct in-depth competitor analysis to determine competitive pricing.
• Developing strategic network and support Sales Director to carry out stakeholder management to all levels of customers to provide key person mapping for targeted approaches.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, especially presales and bid management team to gather requirements as a basis to define the best-fit solutions for clients.
• Assist in creating reports and proposals for business development purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree preferable in Secretary/ Management;
• Proven experience with at least 3 year(s) of working in the related field required for this position;
• Experience in a business development is preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Able to handle multiple tasks at one time with tight deadlines;
• Proactive personality with strong customer service-orientation;
• Personal Attributes Professional demeanor and appearance
• Good English skill, both spoken and written will be advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Availability to work overtime and weekends as necessary
• Willingness to travel if required
