Telah rilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Human Resource Manager di tempat usaha PT Talenta Guna Nusantara untuk kota/kab Jakarta Raya & Jawa Timur atau sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.
Adapun untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah min Sarjana (S1). Merupakan peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 18.000.000 - Rp 22.000.000.

• Providing manpower and evaluate for all departments.
• Ensure the availability of talent profiling for each department.
• Availability of HAV (Human Asset Value) for each department and RTC (Replacement Table Chart) for each key position (Head and above).
• Implementation of employee development programs in accordance with IDP (Individual Development Plan)
• Implementation OD project targets according to deadlines.
• Manage and be responsible for the employee payroll system
• Manage and be responsible for matters related to IT
• Develop, update and maintain HR database
• Manage and be responsible for implementing discipline, punishment, managing problems, and control of all employees
• Responsible for organizing training for employees.
• Responsible for making permits/reports to OHS, Department of Manpower, BPJS, etc.
• Responsible for arranging work permits, NPWP registration, tax installments, NPWP revocation, apartment rental agreements, health insurance, car insurance, etc
Requirements:
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Management or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as the HR Manager, HR Executive at least 5 years
• Experiences in Japanese Manufacture, Trading, or FMCG will be an advantage
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations at the local dan state levels.
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies, such as Human Resources metrics, OD Specialist, Talent Management, People Development, Talent Acquisition & MPP Forecasting.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, CHRM) is a plus
