Principal Accountabilities:

1.Manages Sales Team by motivating and supporting strategies to achieve company goals.

  • Ensures sales team to achieve monthly and full year target given
  • Planning strategies to protect current market share in existing loyal customers, increase market share from shared customer and gather new customers from competition.
  • Ensure sales team to operate with profitable sales Growth and positive team work.
  • Assigning sales person to the proper area in order to achieve maximum sales.

2.Controls and monitoring Collection progress.

  • Monitoring cash flow received from customers in order to achieving collection target.
  • Ensure debtor day in customers improve as per company’s objective

3.Identify market conditions and compile into demand planner for raw material forecasting.

  • Coordination with PPIC for raw material availability by forecasting consumption in customer for several months ahead.
  • Improve forecast accuracy as per company objectives.

4.Establish an excellent relationship with Customers.

  • Maintain customer’s satisfaction with Key customers or other customers.
  • Problem solving with excellent solution to help customer’s issue.

5.Evaluate Sales team performance to ensure achieving the maximum results.

  • Coaching sales team by identify the issue as well as solution for supporting sales activity.
  • Indicating the needful and related training need to be given to the team.

6.Potential business developing.

  • Make market analysis & business opportunity.
  • Do coordination with global sales, business development manager & Thread Sales Manager to develop Zips & Trims at existing customer (Main account).
  • Conduct Market research, to determine & penetrate market requirement, current market condition & competitor information as well.

7.Communicate & relationship process.

  • Effectively communication & response to customers need.
  • Focusing on key customers.
  • Ensure all customer expectation are meet.
  • Working closely with Technical Development Manager, to provide technical training for customer.
  • Result oriented, increase market share from existing customers & gather new customer from competition.

8. Product Development.

  • Involve with customer for product development process.
  • Collecting competitor data & information on products.
  • Ensure product developing will succeed.

9. Project Management & Organizing.

  • Responsible for time management
  • Provide guideline & instruction to the team members.
  • Monitoring all process & activities within the organization

Key Activities:

Qualification:

  •  Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) Majoring in Industrial Engineering or Marketing Management
  • Direct sales or B2B sales experience
  • Leading a team to deliver profitable sales growth through executing strategy/tactics to gain share, identify and developing new customers
  • Product Knowledge, Database analysis, Market Research
  • Minimum 3 years as Sales Manager or Minimum 3 years in Sales Marketing Department.
  • Extensive customer-facing experience in B-to-B environment
  • Strong in communication and presentation skills
  • Computer literate (minimum Microsoft Office)
  •  Language (Indonesia, English)
