What Will You Do:

• Managing, monitoring, and executing project design FTTH by collaborating with customers and stakeholders to ensure the project runs smoothly.
• Develop design FTTH network by reviewing customer requests and providing the best recommendation in order to ensure the result works optimally.
• Perform coordination with customers and/or related stakeholders for design FTTH in order to get final approval.
• Provide design revision based on final discussion with customer and location survey in order to ensure the network is stable running.
• Managing customer expectations by providing the best services in order to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports complete with analysis recommendations and actions needed to solve the problem.
• Provide progress reporting to customers accurately and informally in order to provide updated progress information.
• Provide sharing knowledge and/or technical training to peers in order to ensure the understanding and knowledge of teams are equal.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

What Will You Need:

• Experienced min. 4 years in the same field.
• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Have good communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English both written & verbal.
• Computer Literate especially in MS. Office
• Experienced in FTTH Technical Skills.
• Experienced in project management skills.
• Able to perform under time constraints.
• Able to work in a team.
• Having experience to lead a team.
• Having experience operating kmz google earth, pdf, and Q-GIS is an advantage.
