Perusahaan kami telah merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Project Manager di kantor PT Vega Technology Indonesia untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Teknik & Teknik Elektronika serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang spesifik terhadap calon pelamar sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Responsibility:

To finish the project on budget and on time
Be a good leader and manager by managing the PLOAC of the Project Management Team
Build a relationship with the client and main contractor.
Coordinate with cross-discipline team members and departments to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
Problem handling and problem solver for the project management team.
Leading the Project Excellence program
Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.
Facilitating change requests to ensure all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.
Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
Obtaining customer acceptance of project deliverables.
Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.
Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Ensure and monitor all the documents related to project completion is complete.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, Civil Engineering or in a related field.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Proven experience in project management.
Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Strong leadership and be able to take ad hoc decisions.
Experience as a construction project manager, IT project manager, or Interior fitting out.
Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
Experience overseeing a construction project.
Budget management experience.
