Job Description:

As the Expansion Sales Manager for our new city launch in Surabaya, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and driving growth in this exciting market. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to expand our customer base, build strategic partnerships, and ensure the successful launch of GajiGesa in Surabaya.

You will be Responsible for:

1. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand local market dynamics, customer preferences, and competition. Use this knowledge to develop data-driven strategies for market entry.

2. Business Development Strategy: Create a comprehensive business development plan tailored to Surabaya, including sales plan and partnership strategies to achieve rapid growth and market penetration.

3. Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers, key decision-makers, and strategic partners through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Meet and exceed sales targets to establish a strong foothold in the new market.

5. Partnership Building: Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to expand our network and reach in Surabaya.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and account management, to ensure seamless launch and ongoing success in Surabaya.

7. Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide regular reports and insights to the Leadership team.

8. You are expected to be comfortable acting as an Individual Contributor (IC) and Leader.
