Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Kanō Creative Production Agency, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project management and contributing to the agency’s growth. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Account Executive, project teams, and clients to ensure the successful execution of creative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition Support: Collaborate with the Account Executive to identify and secure potential clients by contributing insights and strategies to expand our client base.
2. Project Oversight: Monitor ongoing projects, ensuring they are executed according to client specifications, within budget, and on schedule.
3. Team Supervision: Oversee the activities of the Social Media Team Members responsible for handling client accounts, providing guidance, and ensuring high-quality work.
4. Business Growth: Contribute to the development of strategies to expand the agency’s business and team, exploring new opportunities and market trends.
5. Project Planning: Create and maintain project timelines, setting clear milestones and objectives for project teams.
6. Quality Control: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and agency standards.
7. Communication: Regularly update relevant stakeholders and team members on project progress, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
8. Team Development: Coach and support project team members by assigning tasks and providing guidance to enhance their performance and skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in the creative agency field.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
