Key Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Analyzes the finished products characteristics of beer at different stages of its production and monitors its conformance to pre-determined standards.
2. Gives accurate and timely feedback of test information and other pertinent data to his superiors including Packaging Superintendents and other concerned personnel / department.
3. Provides technical information and services in the field of PQC to packaging in order to ensure that all processes conform to standards.
4. Ensures that all analyses done strictly follow the methods documented in the QA Procedures and Work Instructions Manual base on ISO 9000.
5. Records all analytical results including raw data in designated logbooks and ensures trace ability of results.
6. Ensures conformance to the Document Control and Files Management of the Plant.
7. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness in the PQC laboratory.
8. Implements general laboratory safety rules and housekeeping practices according to the Laboratory Safety Manual and the 5S standards respectively.
9. Ensures that all samples analyzed are representative of the batch from which they were taken.
10. Responsible for implementing proper storage and disposal of samples after analysis.
11. Monitors and periodically updates the stock level of laboratory supplies in coordination with the PQC Supervisors.
12. Conducts and records inventory of the laboratory supplies room on a regular basis.
13. Monitors the condition of laboratory instruments and equipment and ensures that all are in good condition.
14. Performs regular maintenance checks and calibration of instruments.
15. Participates in regular proficiency testing to ensure reliability of results generated by the PQC Supervisor.
16. To manage and monitoring housekeeping in their each area periodically.

Qualifications

• Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
• Understanding of basic chemical handling
• Basic English fluency
• Ability to communicate idea
• Understanding of 5-S philosophy
• Basic EHS awareness
• Comprehensive hazard and risk control in workplace awareness
• Comprehensive aspect impact in workplace awareness
• Good knowledge in production process
• Basic knowledge in problem solving tools
• Ability to understand MSDS procedure
