Major teams within CBS include Finance, Information Technology, Human Resources, Enterprise Support Services, Brand Marketing and Communications, Business Development, Knowledge and Risk Management.

Join our Finance team and you will help enable EY client account teams and management to run the business effectively.  You’ll help to improve engagement profitability, manage enterprise wide risk and support market development activities.  You will support EY planning, reporting and forecasting and analysis, or help EY people manage day-to-day activities, such as managing engagements, process and auditing time and expense or invoice processing.  You’ll also work with other parts of our organization, sharing your financial experience and insights to achieve specific goals. You’ll get all the support you need to stay on top of regulations — and the advice and help you‘ll need to meet your own professional goals.

JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking for a responsible Finance Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Finance Administrative include providing support to upper management, coordination and completion of assigned tasks, and managing our company’s general administrative activities, specifically in Finance division.

Main purpose of the job:
The individual is responsible for ensuring a streamline and effective processes in Finance division.

 
JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in Administration matters related to processes in Finance division
  • Ensure that all assignments are issued on a timely manner
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on work progress.

 
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess min. D3 degree in Accounting from a reputable university (min. GPA=3.20/4.00).
  • Required language(s): English; have a good communication in English is a must (written & verbal).
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Be able to operate Ms Office and Ms. Excel.
