Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Recruiter di perusahaan MyFundAction untuk kota/kab Jakarta Pusat serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusaahan inginkan adalah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Sumber Daya Manusia / HR serta orang yang jujur dan disiplin.

Untuk persyaratan yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah minimum Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana & Gelar Professional. Merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 6.500.000 - Rp 7.500.000.

Responsibilities

  1. Handle local and international end-to-end recruitment processes including job advertisement, sourcing, screening, conducting background checks and interview to staff on-boarding.
  2. Have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help in recruit faster and more effectively.
  3. Reach out potential hires through professional networking, groups on social media, events conferences and workshops (attend career and college fairs, and similar events).
  4. Identifying future hiring needs and developing and updating job descriptions and specifications.
  5. Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
  6. Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.
  7. Developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract talents.
  8. Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
  9. Collaborating with department managers to identify future hiring needs and to compile a consistent list of requirements.
  10. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
  11. Managing internship programs.
  12. Promoting the company’s reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
  13. Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
  14. Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
  15. Assist in HR operations related matters including HR Administrative, Compensation & Benefits, Employee relations, Talent Development and related tasks.

Requirements

1. BS/MS in Human Resources Management, HRD or any discipline. 2. Minimum 3 year of experience in internal recruitment or agency. 3. Or at least 2-5 years of work experience in human resource management, business administration and management or related field. 4. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

5. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)

6. Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

7. Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc)

8. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)

9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

10. Strong decision-making skills

11. The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.

12. Good decision-making skills.

13. A working knowledge of employment law and legislation.
