Job Description:

1. Real-time Monitoring:

Monitoring systems and applications in real-time to detect anomalies, irregularities, or performance bottlenecks promptly. Set up and manage automated alerts and notifications to inform the IT team about critical incidents.

2. Incident Detection and Response:

Analyze and interpret monitoring data to identify potential issues and incidents. Initiate incident response procedures to address and resolve identified problems quickly and efficiently.

3. Performance Analysis and Optimization:

Perform performance analysis and capacity planning to ensure IT systems run efficiently and meet business demands. Suggest and implement improvements to optimize system performance and reliability.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate documentation of monitoring configurations, incident reports, and resolution procedures. Generate regular reports on system performance, availability, and incidents for IT management and stakeholders.

5. Troubleshooting and Support:

Collaborate with other IT teams to solve complex technical issues and provide expert-level support during critical incidents.

Participates in on-call rotations to respond to monitoring alerts and emergencies outside of regular business hours.

6. Continuous Improvement:

Keep up with the latest technology developments and best practices regarding IT monitoring.

Propose and implement improvements to monitoring infrastructure and processes.

Requirement(s):

1. Diploma or Bachelor of Information Technology
2. Experienced in IT Security Network (Monitoring) or related minimum 1 year
3. Strong knowledge in Network & Server Infrastructure monitoring
4. Familiar to relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
5. Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret monitoring alerts and notifications
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
7. Willing to work in shifting schedule for 24 hour monitoring
8. Willing to be placed at Semarang
