In this role you will be responsible in developing and planning campaign strategies, continuously optimize control tools, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities :

• Business Analysis and Management: international E-commerce business data analysis, develop and plan campaign strategies, provide solutions and implementation plans; based on the understanding and analysis of the specific business domains, continuously optimize control rules, product tools and business operations, to provide strong support for the implementation of the strategy
• Project management: must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including creating timelines, managing budgets, and coordinating with team members and coming up with report/keynote
• Regular monitoring and data analysis on various business metrics of E-commerce, and provide corresponding solutions to assist team to continuously increase subsidy efficiency and improve consumer experience
• Business puzzle breakdown: familiar with e-commerce mechanisms and rules, deeply supporting the team to do project task break-down, prioritization, monitoring important business progress; able to measure project output and efficiency through quantitative and qualitative analysis

Job Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above
• 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce
• Proficient in English and local Indonesian language
• Excellent writing skills, planning, copywriting, live content planning or editing work experience or large company marketing planning experience
• Keen on understanding and willing to accept new things, have a wide range of interests, and are sensitive to hot topics and news hotspots
• Strong executive ability, communication ability and pressure resistance, can quickly get the results
• Excellent communication and resource integration skills
