Junior Brand Manager Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive wholesale sales plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Deliver and direct brand marketplace roadmaps and integrate through social, digital, events, and campaign touch points.
• Drive seasonal GTM plans, inclusive of DTC and wholesale environments with an emphasis on consumer brand personas.
• Develop and execute account plans, engagement strategies, and marketing materials
• Research and target new prospect accounts, share our brand story, and educate customers about our mission and our products
• Develop multiple channels, including dept. stores, specialty stores, fashion boutiques, spas
• Develop relationships with key accounts and business partners, including retail buyers, distributors, and wholesalers.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and improve sales performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams as an independent contributor to ensure alignment and collaboration on sales initiatives

What you’ll do…Scope

• Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics
• Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
• Coordinate all public relations activities
• Support Social media team in key message and brand philosophy while maintaining relationships with media partners to keep Bold & Ko Brand image top of mind.
• Proactively seek and vet incoming paid/Non-Paid media opportunities for the brands
• Assist in the execution of all confirmed media plans by maintaining communication with partners, overseeing the marketing team in the briefing process, and ensuring all deliverables are optimized for both preferred creative and linking components
• Establish Brand Partnerships in recapping paid media campaigns and work closely with cross-functional partners to assess performance and overall brand lift to help inform future strategies
• Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them

Requirements and skills

4yr-6yrs of marketing experience with major national brand experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, deadline-oriented environment.

·        Previous experience with a global brand/ Online Platform or major Fashion media outlet is preferred.

·        Proven working experience in public relations/Brand management/

·        Proven track record designing and executing successful marketing /public relations campaigns at both a local or national level

·        Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets

·        Exceptional writing and editing skills (the English language is a must)

·        Solid experience with social media including blogs, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

·        Event planning experience

·        BA/MA/MBA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline shall be preferred.
