Telah rilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Manager Business Development Middle East Trade Lane(Logistic/Freight Forwarding) di perusahaan PT EFL GLOBAL INDONESIA untuk daerah Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita inginkan ialah Pelayanan & Logistik/Rantai Pasokan serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang PT kami butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Merupakan ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Key Responsibilities :

Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to increase the customer base and expand Middle East connections, fostering strategic alliances.
Drive trade lane growth through innovative strategies and client-centric solutions.
In-depth understanding of Middle East trade dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of competition, products, and services.
Travel throughout assigned territory to meet with regular and prospective customers
Qualify potential sales leads/prospects.
Able to develop and maintain strong business relationships
Provide pricing and prepare sales contracts for orders obtained under prevailing credit guidelines of the organization.
Identify opportunities to streamline customer supply chain activities and procedures, including identifying cost-saving opportunities for the customer whilst maximizing account profitability
Undertake formal and informal business reviews with the customer and appropriate Head of Department.
Actively engage with management and other BU’s in order to provide client-specific solutions.
Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for new business generated, and manage the implementation of new business into the operational department
Provide activity reports and sales plans
Actively participate in aggressive sales and skills training
Adhere to all requirements outlined in the Sales Policy
Achieve the agreed monthly/quarterly/annual growth targets
Debt Control: Follow up on payments due and timely recovery
Submit weekly/monthly reports in a timely manner (Sales activity, Pipeline, financial, etc)
Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s Degree holder
At least 10 years selling Freight (Imports, Export) and Logistics / Supply chain solutions to local and international clients.
Business proficient English skill
A proven track record and successful sales history
Possess valid Driving License
Professional image, polished presentation
Strong relationship building and negotiating skills
High energy and results-oriented, successful closer
Confident, Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
Proven business development expertise, preferably in international logistics or related sectors.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for impactful collaborations.
Excellent listening and analytical skills
Computer literate (MS Office, CRM, RMS).
