Hi, we’re from MMK Design Studio looking an Account Manager.

As a multi-discipline creative agency we handles a large variety of works, ranging from creating artworks like key visuals to experimental digital branding to big event activations.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage day-to-day client communications and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects.
  • Manage all contract negotiation, activation planning and budget management.
  • Make reports, presentations, scheduling and KPI tracking forms.
  • Manage, collaborate, supervise and coach the internal team (Account Departement) to ensure efficient fulfillment of client needs.
  • Resolve complaints promptly and implement process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 5 years experience in Account Executive / Account Manager or related position in creative agency field / event organizer / event management.
  • Proven track record in event management.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Adaptability, strong problem-solving and project / event management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian language.
  • Able to work individual and teams and able to work under pressure.
