Head of Sales Recruitment, Training & Development is responsible to manage, implement, and evaluate all recruitment, selection, licensing, and sales force training activities for the individual distribution channel to ensure that sales force needs are met in a timely, quantity, and quality manner to achieve planned business targets.

Job Description:

  • Analyze the performance evaluations of sales personnel and their achievement of sales performance targets to provide recommendations for improvement programs needed in the recruitment and training of sales personnel.
  • Develop training programs and budgets based on the training plan/work plan in accordance with the needs of sales personnel to meet sales force requirements in both quality and quantity to achieve set targets.
  • Manage, implement, monitor, and evaluate recruitment and selection activities of sales personnel to ensure that sales force needs are met in a timely, quantity, and quality manner.
  • Manage, implement, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales force training to provide competent sales personnel as required by the sales team.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training outcomes and ensure implementation.
  • Manage the sales development, training, and promotion process to ensure the placement of qualified human resources on the sales team to support business target achievement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum formal education of Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree considered a plus).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with 3 years of experience as a Training Manager/Head Trainer in the Life Insurance Industry.
