QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in creative, marketing or communication related
• Age between 25 – 30 years old
• Having Experiences in the F&B Industry is preferable.
• At least 3 to 5 years of work experience
• Experience in Content Management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative contents
• Strong communication and writing skills;
• Fluent in English
• Excellent problem-solving skills;
• Background in WordPress and how paid ads for various social media platforms work
• Previous experience in media and agency is a plus
• High initiative and creativity
• Ready to be placed in Pluit, Jakarta Utara
• Ready to join with us as soon as possible

JOBDESCRIPTION

• Oversees the company’s digital media efforts, including websites and platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Youtube.
• Creating and curating shareable content while determining which platform is best suited for each piece of content
• Building and managing social media profiles and presence
• Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content for different platforms
• Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written). Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, Blog, etc.).
• Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely digital marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with other teams like marketing, events, creative and production team to generate contents and brand consistency
• Handles boosting and implementation of paid advertisements
• Communicate with followers , respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor reviews
• Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review. Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. Compile reports for management showing result.
