Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, with a focus on Plastic Components within the Automotive Industry.
• Profound knowledge of quality aspects related to two-wheel (2W) products, particularly EV motorcycles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving activities, spanning from planning and execution to monitoring and follow-up.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practical implementation.
• A dedicated mindset geared toward achieving production targets while maintaining high-quality products, efficient processes, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Effective communication skills, both with subordinates and peers.
• The ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, embracing self-learning in the face of uncertainties.
• A proactive approach to learning new concepts and methodologies.
• A strong commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and synergy.
• Excellent ability to speak and write in English to facilitate effective communication within an international team or organization.
• Proven experience in managing plastic suppliers within the Automotive Industry.
• Proficiency in identifying problems and effectively managing problem-solving activities.

Job Descriptions :

• Conduct regular audits and assessments of supplier processes to ensure they meet the required quality and standards for body and styling components.
• Maintain detailed records of audit findings.
• Investigate and address supplier quality issues related to development timing, ensuring components meet quality targets at each phase from T0 (project initiation) until the start of production.
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions promptly.
• Work closely with suppliers to enhance their quality processes, with a focus on Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE), cost efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate discussions and initiatives aimed at improving supplier quality and reducing production costs.
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues throughout the planning, execution, and monitoring stages.
• Apply knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles to improve processes related to supplier quality for body and styling components.
• Implement lean methodologies to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency.
• Maintain a steadfast commitment to achieving production targets with high-quality body and styling components, efficient processes, and cost reduction.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
• Effectively manage relationships with suppliers to ensure they understand and meet quality requirements for body and styling parts.
• Coordinate with related teams, including PPIC and production, to align supplier activities with production goals.
• Maintain detailed records of audit results, issue investigations, and improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on supplier quality performance to the Quality Manager and Factory General Manager.
• Adhere to the timeline and deadlines set for October 2023, ensuring that supplier quality activities are completed on schedule.
• Engage with the Quality Manager, Factory General Manager, and peers in Supplier Quality Mechanical & Electrical.
• Collaborate closely with the PPIC and production teams to ensure seamless coordination.
• Utilize the support and resources provided by the Quality Manager and other teams to effectively manage supplier quality for body and styling components.
