Client Details

The client is a leading international law firm in Indonesia. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be instrumental in implementing strategic business development support activities, aiming to help drive growth by fostering new business relationships and maximising existing ones, and ensure alignment with objectives.

Description

Responsibilities:

• Support various practice groups in construction of strategic plans
• Construct regular alignment on BD activities – discussing plans on current and future plans of BD initiatives
• Assist in preparation of pitches and proposals, collaborating with partners on compelling strategy, messaging and approach
• Observe and maintain key support materials for the practice group, this include credentials, CVs and templates
• Stay relevant with current market trends by continuous market research and analysis to identify new potential business opportunities within the industry
• Organise and manage updated client mailing list for newsletter and event invites, utilising the internal CRM platform for maximum output
• Assist in filing and submission of directory and awards for practice groups, along with be the point of contact for directory researches
• Ensure brand reputation and company profile is aligned and appropriate consistently in external channels
• Manage marketing channels – social media, website and blog. Updating the channels with relevant content.

Profile

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree at any relevant field, a degree in Law will be an advantage
• Over 4 years of professional experience, preferably in a Law or Consulting firm
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team
• Excellent organisational skills – skilled in working on multiple tasks and possess great attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia – both verbal and written
• Experience working with a CRM platform, to ensure smooth internal alignment throughout the company
• Self-starter and team player – able to work well in independent projects and as part of a collaborative team
