Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Compensation & Benefit Supervisor di perusahaan PT. MITRA SEMEN ASIA untuk domisili Jawa Timur atau sekitarnya.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compensation & Benefit Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will design, implement, and manage our compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
  • Manage the calculation and handling of PPH21 tax in collaboration with relevant departments and external tax consultants.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of various compensation structures, including base pay, bonuses, incentives, and benefits packages.
  • Manage the benefits administration process, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Handle inquiries and issues related to compensation and benefits, providing excellent customer service to employees.
  • Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits data, generating reports for management review.
  • Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, with at least [4] years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in calculating employee income tax (PPh 21.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compensation and benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
