Responsibilities:

1. Text Translation: Translate written Chinese documents or spoken language into Indonesian or other target languages, ensuring accurate communication of information.
2. Document Proofreading: Proofread translated text to ensure accuracy in grammar, spelling, and terminology.
3. Interpretation: Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, negotiations, or other business activities to facilitate communication.
4. Cultural Adaptation: Understand and respect cultural differences between different languages to ensure the appropriateness of translated information in cross-cultural settings.
5. Assist in Document Preparation: Assist in preparing translated documents, reports, contracts, or other business materials.
6. Cross-Departmental Communication: Communicate with various departments and teams to ensure the smooth progress of translation work.
7. Record Keeping: Manage and maintain records and archives of translated documents.
8. Urgent Translations: Respond promptly to urgent translation requests.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in Chinese and Indonesian: Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and Indonesian languages, enabling accurate translation and communication.
2. Translation Skills: Have translation skills and experience, capable of accurate translation between multiple languages.
3. Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and respect for the cultures of both Chinese and Indonesian languages to ensure translated information is culturally appropriate.
4. Communication Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills, capable of effective communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds and languages.
5. Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
6. Time Management: Capable of effectively managing time to meet translation project deadlines.
7. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in translation tools and software to enhance translation efficiency.
8. Learning Aptitude: Willingness to continuously learn and improve translation skills, including learning business and industry terminology.
9. Driving Skills: Be able to drive and with driving license in Indonesia.
