Responsibilities :

• Perform business process mapping based on as-is and to-be (gap analysis)
• Develop and propose solution design based on the gap analysis
• Understand, identify, and manage the potential risk of the gap analysis, business requirements
• Review on customers’ complaints from all users
• Develop solutions with various parties to mitigate root cause
• Work with Operations leaders & team in defining and developing business case
• Perform the project alignment (based on scope, solution, KPI, timeline, budget)
• Perform project priorities, project monitoring and closing
• Perform project deployment (including socialization and training)
• Prepare project report and documentation records.

Key Requirements :

• Min bachelor degree, preferably in management, information system/technology
• Preferably having 3+ year of exposure in project implementation, planning, or project leading
• Preferably having Life insurance background
• Certification of Project management and/or process improvement technique is a value
