Join Our Team as a Financial Partner for Plant Excellence!

Are you ready to take your finance and controlling expertise to the next level? We’re seeking a dynamic individual to partner with our Plant Manager in driving strategic excellence, financial transparency, and operational efficiency. If you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance or controlling, in-depth knowledge of SAP, and a passion for manufacturing, this role is tailor-made for you!

Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Plant Manager to implement strategic measures, monitor KPIs, and enhance financial results.

Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

Cost Management: Take charge of planning, controlling, accounting, and reporting activities related to costs, including EVA, Gross Profit, Investments, and NWC at the plant level.

Commercial Excellence: Manage all commercial activities of the plant, including procurement and logistics, aligning them with financial business management.

Process Innovation: Drive consistency, standardization, and digitalization of financial processes for increased efficiency.

Productivity Optimization: Ensure that productivity measures align with guidelines and actively manage performance.

Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all internal and external financial reporting guidelines.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance or Controlling.

SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP, enabling efficient financial management.

Manufacturing Acumen: Familiarity with manufacturing business operations, measurements, and KPIs.

Budgeting Proficiency: A strong understanding of the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

Deadline Management: Ability to effectively manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Cost Optimization: Detailed understanding of the drivers of productivity and cost-saving initiatives.

Leadership Mindset: People management skills and a leadership mindset to inspire and guide your team.
