Selain itu untuk persyaratan yang kami inginkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

eCloudvalley is looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Success Manager to provide excellent administrative support to our Sales Team. A good candidate for this role is someone who is a multi-tasker, has a great customer service attitude, and can effectively communicate with our customers.

Brief Description of Duties:

  • Provide support services, that include a wide range of services and features to help customers make the most of the hosting platform of their choice, accelerate cloud adoption in their business, and improve traditional hosting strategies.
  • Establish long-term customer relationships, understand their business goals and operational capabilities, in order to best align and manage eCloudvalley’s resources and services, and promote excellent customer outcomes.
  • Schedule regular customer visits to understand customer experience on the Cloud and increase cloud adoption.
  • Responsible for managing general inquiries and reporting customer SLAs, supervising billing queries, incident/problem management, and change management.
  • Supported by a dedicated technical support team, answering technical inquiries on the Cloud. 
  • Support with onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Prepare reports for the Administrative/Finance Manager. 
  • Assist the sales team in dealing with account receivables.
  • Update the Administrative/Finance Manager on payment/collection.
  • Other ad-hoc matters assigned to support office administrative tasks.

Basic Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess a diploma or bachelor’s degree with at least 1-2 years of working experience in customer service or account management area. 
  • Strong desire to learn new technologies and deliver excellent customer results through technical expertise.
  • Passionate, self-motivated with service-oriented attitude.
  • Good Experience with Microsoft Office like Word and Excel, Outlook.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
