We are seeking a motivated Junior Network Support Analyst to join our team and provide technical support for our networking infrastructure. As a Junior Network Support Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our network devices and systems. You will work closely with senior team members to learn and grow in your role.

Responsibilities

Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Troubleshoot network issues, analyze packet captures, and use diagnostic tools to identify root causes.
Provide support for VPN connections, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring security protocols are implemented.
Help in setting up and supporting wireless access points, ensuring reliable client connectivity and security.
Learn and support cloud networking principles and technologies, collaborating with the team on projects related to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Assist in maintaining network security, including firewall configurations and access control lists (ACLs).
Provide technical support for collaboration tools, such as MiCollab for unified communications and Sharefile for file sharing and collaboration.
Learn and contribute to mobile device management (MDM) tasks, managing mobile devices and applications.
Participate in general technical support tasks, including troubleshooting various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and remote connection methods.
Collaborate with senior team members to support firewall configurations and switching technologies.

Requirements

Good communication in English, spoken and written.
Available to provide on-call support on the weekend and outside working hours during weekdays if necessary.
2 years of experience is required.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, subnetting, routing, and switching.
Basic knowledge of Cisco networking devices and VPN technologies.
Familiarity with cloud networking concepts and principles.
Interest in network security and firewall technologies.
Strong troubleshooting skills and general technical proficiency.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
