• A substantial background of 7-10 years in hands-on roles within Business Strategy and Operations. Within this experience, a minimum of 3 years should have been spent in managerial or leadership roles. Alternatively, candidates with 3-4 years of distinguished experience at reputable consulting firms are strongly preferred.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree from a well-regarded university.
• Proficiency in essential areas, including Financial Projection and Analysis (FP&A), Budgeting, and Business Analysis.
• Demonstrates a robust capability in Financial Modeling and Analysis, including the ability to handle Profit and Loss (P&L) calculations.
• Proficient in designing and optimizing processes and workflows.
• Boasts broad industry exposure, showcasing adaptability as a versatile generalist.
• Possesses a keen sense of business acumen and demonstrates a commercial mindset.
• Highly effective communicator equipped with strong problem-solving abilities and expertise in Project Management Office (PMO) practices.
• Driven by tangible results and consistently translates ideas into actionable initiatives.
• Exhibits curiosity and an unyielding dedication to continuous learning.
• Proficient in confidently engaging with external stakeholders.
• Possesses fundamental managerial skills, including organizational development, budget management, process design, staffing, and recruitment.

What a day at work for you will look like

• Create and maintain financial models and projections specifically for the Go-to-Market (GTM) department, covering motorcycle distribution, sales, aftersales, and fast charging network business.
• Develop and manage the budget for the entire GTM (Go-to-market) department, including Operational Expenditures (Opex) and Cost of Sales. Implement rigorous cost control measures to ensure efficient operations.
• Continuously explore new opportunities and commercial models for the company. Optimize GTM team performance while keeping costs in check. Identify and communicate any commercial or financial risks and challenges.
• Collaborate closely with other divisions within GTM (Go-to-market), including Brand Marketing, Network Development, Network Operations, Business Development, and Sales Operations. Engage regularly with the Finance team to align financial goals.
• Develop detailed business, commercial, and operations strategies for the GTM department. This includes product pricing strategy, cost structure analysis, demand forecasting, logistics and distribution planning, and commercial deal structures.
• Initially, provide strategic support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in decision-making regarding pricing, distribution, inventory planning, network development, and sales area expansion.
• Create and refine demand forecasting models for the motorcycle business and contribute to strategy development for sales operations, expansion, aftersales, and the fast charging network business.
