Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To support BPA manager in analysis, review and managing business performance management across all verticals and other activities related to the projects assigned by the accountable manager.
  • Assist in developing, preparing and evaluating business performance dashboard and analysis
  • Assist in preparation of required forecasting, budgeting, management reports and ad-hoc financial analyses
  • Perform data measurement & collection across all verticals including review validity of data
  • Review and validate the preparation of performance reviews on a regular basis
  • Work with the accountable manager for participating in performance evaluation meeting or session
  • Assist BPA manager for continuous improvements of company processes

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Industrial engineering, etc.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience such as audit, financial planning, management reporting, financial reporting Mandatory understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) At least 2 years’ experience in creating Financial Models
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) is required
  • Experience using BI Tools (Tableau / Power BI) is preferred
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluent in English (written & oral)
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Office
