Job Description

• Develop and Implement Key Account/Channel (Traditional Trade) sales for Bosch Home Appliances for the allocated accounts as well as expand distribution network by opening new stores/channels
• Manage sellout tools – schemes, sales promotions, promoters and provide strategic sales leadership
• Create and implement an effective distribution expansion strategy to grow Bosch business in Indonesia
• Provide the planning and leadership to the Promoters by ensuring that the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values are developed to meet the Business Plan

Qualifications

• At least Bachelors Degree (Masters Degree in Business or Marketing is an added bonus)
•  Worked in an international company in a sales or business development function, preferably in the Domestic Appliances industry or Consumer Electronics min 12-15 years
• Exposure to Traditional Trade channel is a must
• Fluent in written and spoken English + Bahasa
• Computer Skills – MS Office proficient
• Specific knowledge of both analytic and creative skills, leadship and coaching skills, interpersonal communication, presentation skills, multi-tasking ability in a fast pace working environment
