Job Responsibilities

• According to the company’s strategy, formulate category strategic goals, break down the goals, and lead the team to ensure the goals are achieved
• Based on popular trend research, market and consumer analysis, output a complete category development plan and clarify product positioning;
• Coordinate the entire product development process, effectively control development costs, quality and timeliness, and supervise the implementation in place;
• Introduce and manage suppliers, coordinate supplier development and training, and improve supplier development, visual control, quality control and other capabilities;
• Lead projects, accumulate methodology, and develop new sales growth points.
• Based on clothing product positioning, market trends and category trends, user insights, competing product trends and product supply, independently formulate operational plans and planning plans;
• Stratify different customer groups, formulate personalized content, and be responsible for new acquisition and user repurchase indicators;

Job Requirements

• College degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in clothing category development or management, and more than 2 years of team management experience
• Be familiar with the corresponding category industry conditions, have rich experience in category planning, and have e-commerce experience is preferred
• Have strong framework thinking, data analysis, project management, and visual control abilities
• Have strong quality, cost control, and risk prediction and avoidance capabilities
• Good image and temperament, able to wear clothes with a mature temperament aged 25-35 years old
