THE OPPORTUNITY – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The role of the Executive Director is to lead all the departments within ‘Kantor Yayasan’ to achieve the YPK-PNK Vision & Missions. Our goals are ambitious, with the aim of ensuring our educational programs to impact the lives of SKPNK students. As Executive Director, you will be responsible for guiding our efforts to achieve these goals, through overseeing and supervising the delivery, quality, scale, and sustainability of our programs and approaches.

Reporting, Roles And Responsibilities

The post holder will report to the ‘Pengurus Yayasan’ of YPK-PNK. The post holder will manage all departments at ‘Kantor Yayasan’ and will grow the team as the program in Indonesia expands.

• Carrying out the vision, missions, and strategic programs of YPK-PNK
• Supervising all departments in Kantor Yayasan (Department of LMP, FLP, FAT, IDD, and HCM) by guiding, motivating, and driving each department to achieve maximum performance
• Building and managing ‘Kantor Yayasan’ to be professional, resourceful, and modern in culture and work processe
• Working closely with ‘Pengurus Yayasan’ and all education unit executives to continuously improve the quality and services of each school unit
• Becoming the driving force and support for school/campus institutions to improve quality and reputation, especially in entering the digital era and #merdekabelajar

Required Skills And Experience

• Having Strong PASSION and MOTIVATION to Build Education
• Proven Experienced in Strategic and Supportive Leadership
• S1 Graduate from Reputable University
• Age: Preferably Mid 30s to Mid 40s
• Having Profound Executive Qualities (Leadership, Management and Communication)
• Able to Handle Managerial Challenges
• Team Player over Solo Player
• Up-to-date in Management and Digital Literacy
• Comfortable and Thrilled to Work in a Supportive Leadership Culture, in Which Team Members Are Given a High Level of Ownership on Their Works, Where the Leader Takes on the Role to Primarily Coach, Inspire, and Guide, Rather than Being Directive (Ideally, the post holder will have experience of working in such culture)
• Fitting in the Culture of a Private Education ‘Yayasan’
• Domiciling or Willing to Move and Live in Surakarta
• Having Strong Planning, Budgeting & Financial, and Project Management Skills
• Able to Manage Change and Support Teams in Dealing with Ambiguity
• Committed and Able to Turn People into Leaders
• Able to Proactively Build and Maintain a Dynamic Culture of High Expectations and Learning
