Is this you?

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Experience in manufacturing is advantageous, with exposure to Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Customs Brokerage.
• Proficiency in understanding PLB (Bonded Zone) Customs processes.
• Willingness to work in the Cikarang area.
• Strong knowledge of logistics processes, including inbound, in-house, and outbound operations.
• Familiarity with import operations and customs clearance.
• Proficient in using computer tools such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experienced in project management, overseeing planning and execution.
• Skilled in data analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ability to develop and implement contingency plans for potential logistic issues.
• Quick problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges.
• Proficient in logistic planning, developing and executing strategies, and creating long-term logistic plans.
• Experienced in vendor and supplier management, including relationship development and maintenance.
• Skilled in risk management related to logistics.
• Demonstrates self-awareness and continuous self-improvement.

What a day at work for you will look like:

• Regular updates and optimization of shipping routes to minimize cost and lead times.
• Overseeing initial quality checks of received goods to align with order specifications and quality standards.
• Managing the return process for defective or unacceptable goods, ensuring timely replacement or refunds.
• Maintain a proportion of freight cost no higher than 2% of the total BOM Cost.
• Maintain a 98% or above on-time delivery rate for all shipments.
• Implement a carrier performance evaluation system, aiming for a 90% or above satisfactory rating from internal stakeholders.
• Limit the percentage of goods damaged during transit to under 1% of the total shipment.
• Optimize logistics and supply chain processes.
• Efficiently allocate resources such as manpower, vehicles, and storage spaces.
• Select, negotiate with, and manage relationships with carriers for goods transportation.
• Optimize transportation routes for quick and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate the movement of goods through various supply chain stages.
• Ensure all logistic activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Manage and file all required logistics documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
• Ensure quality and condition during transportation.
• Manage the process for damaged goods, including returns, replacements, and claims.
