What we do

Pacmann is an intensive and immersive data, business, and engineering bootcamp company in Indonesia that aims to spread knowledge and address the shortage of good talent in the industry. The story behind the bootcamp comes from the difficulties faced while we were trying to hire new talent. No matter how much money we threw at the problem, we could not find people with the right skills. Then we figured we might as well train them ourselves.

We know the education system is broken. Many online courses have sprung up, but with so many options to choose from, there is a genuine lack of direction in the learning path, and perhaps most importantly, motivation to learn dies after a few weeks of effort. It’s simply a hard path to travel on your own.

To address all the above issues, we have designed bootcamp programs to provide our students with the essential training/materials needed to build a solid career in industry. Pacmann has opened three schools: Sekolah Data, Sekolah Engineer, and Sekolah Bisnis. Who we’re looking for

The ideal qualifications:

• Have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience; preferably in growth analyst, product or business analyst.
• Have the ability to analyze data. Excellent spreadsheet skills and/or query skills
• Have a business understanding to infer valuable business insights.
• Self-driven and a starter.
• Have a strong motivation to solve problems at hand and to learn new things.
• Have a deep understanding of B2C and or B2B environment and sales funnel.
• Ready to thrive in a work culture with the following characteristics: collaboration and learning, data-driven practices, direct feedback, documentation, due diligence and preparation, professionalism and kindness, creativity, self-reflection, and strategic thinking.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and communicate effectively both written and verbal to others.
• Ability to conduct user-related activities, such as user research.
• Has a dynamic and adaptable mindset with an open personality i.e. embracing challenges and feedback.
• Familiarity with Business Analytics tools (Python, Google Data Studio, Tableau, SQL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define North Star Metrics related to each team experimentation.
• Monitor day to day metrics related to the experimentation.
• Analyzing data to help the Growth team and C-Level make better-informed decisions.
• Execute growth experimentation-related initiatives, and make sure it performs well.
• Managing projects related to the initiatives/experimentation.
• Developing business processes to streamline growth activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the visioned growth is achieved.
• Involve in user research from planning, execution, and conclusion.
