The assistant to the general manager refers to helping the general manager handle some daily affairs and is an extension of the general manager’s hands.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the general manager to comprehensively coordinate the work of various departments and handle daily affairs.

2. Collect and understand the work dynamics of various departments in a timely manner, assist the general manager in coordinating relevant business work between departments, and understand the main activities of the company.

3. Assist the general manager to collect important reports from each department, proofread various important data, conduct performance appraisals of each department based on the verification results, and implement rewards and punishments for employees based on the performance evaluation results.

4. Responsible for convening company office meetings and other relevant meetings, keeping meeting minutes, and inspecting and supervising the implementation of meeting resolutions.

5. Responsible for the management of the company’s administrative documents and archives and the collection and filing management of documents and materials of various departments, and provide business guidance.

6. Responsible for organizing the formulation, revision and writing of the company’s general management standards and regulations, and assisting in the formulation, discussion and revision of special management standards and management systems.

7. Assist the general manager to establish a good cooperative relationship with suppliers, and be responsible for the reception arrangements for important guests of the company and the organization and affairs of important meetings.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the company leaders.
