In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support regarding software and hardware issues. Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems, installing, and maintaining computer systems, and providing technical assistance to users. Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, and security systems.

Job description:

• Maintain and monitor daily IT operations to ensure good quality IT services based on high uptime.
• Check computer hardware (HDD, mouse, keyboard, etc.) to ensure functionality.
• Maintain productive and effective communication with related vendors.
• Create a new user, email, or email group. Add and remove email group members.
• Setting up necessary workstations and peripheral devices (printers, monitors, projectors, etc.)
• Install and configure software on workstations according to applicable standards.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate existing software, computer equipment, and IT services. Including creating and updating existing user guides.
• Backing up data and cleaning the devices of users who are no longer employees.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve issues (repair or replace components, debugging, etc.)
• Develop and maintain local networks to optimize performance without compromising security.
• Maintain the security and privacy of computer networks and systems.
• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without disturbing other employees in completing their work.
• Maintain repair and repair records/records and maintenance schedule.

Requirement:

• Bachelor in IT, IS, and/or related major.
• Being willing to work outside working hours is a must.
• Having experience in Project Management is a plus.
• Min. 2 years of experience in the IT field
• Excellent communication in English.
• Fast learner, with good analytical, logical, and risk-based thinking.
• Able to work effectively under little supervision.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understand how to install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Knowledge of network protocols and services
• Having knowledge of CLI is a plus.
• Understand how to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
• Willingness to learn and keep up to date with the latest IT technologies and trends.
